THE CAMPUS RIGHTS COALITION OPPOSES THE USA PATRIOT ACT!
We, the undersigned, believe that actions taken by the federal government, including the adoption of some sections of the USA PATRIOT Act, now threaten civil liberties guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States.
We believe that America can be safeguarded from terrorist and other threats without the sacrifice of constitutional rights and liberties.
We support a Student Government Resolution that would affirm our campus community’s opposition to measures that threaten our civil liberties and academic freedom.
